January 30, 2009, Newsletter Issue #101: Simple Installation With A Floating Fountain
1
Tip of the Week
If you’re considering a floating fountain, you’ll be glad to know that installation is a simple, straightforward process. Floating fountain units vary, but you can get a ready to go unit which only requires minor assembly by hand. All you need to do is select the appropriate nozzle and thread it onto the top of the unit. Position the entire unit in the area of the pool you want. Then, anchor the floating fountain into position with the anchor rope, which should come with the assembly. Plug in the floating fountain and that’s all it takes to operate it. Models typically either come as 120 volt versions, requiring a three-prong electrical plug or a 240 volt version requiring a connection to a breaker box or a remote switch.
